Parade Day
The Yankee Homecoming Grand Parade is scheduled for Sunday, August 2 along High Street. Marching units, community groups, and local organizations traditionally close the festival week with this procession.
Road Closures
Intermittent closures will begin before step-off and clear after the final unit. Detour signage will be posted at major intersections. Transit riders and drivers should plan alternate routes.
Spectator Guidance
- Arrive early for shaded viewing spots
- Stay behind marked barriers
- Keep children and pets clear of the curb edge when units pass
- Dispose of trash in provided containers
Accessibility & Safety
Accessible viewing areas will be identified near key intersections. Lost-child assistance points will be staffed by volunteers and public safety personnel.
